Recording of Sessions: Recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing audio or visual content from the Summit sessions, unless explicitly authorized by the Summit, is prohibited. If you are granted permission to record, you agree to abide by the Summit’s guidelines for media use.
4. Code of Conduct
You agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner during your participation in the Summit. In particular, you agree to:
Treat other attendees, speakers, and organizers with respect.
Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or discriminatory language.
Not engage in any activity that could harm the Summit’s reputation or operations.
The Summit reserves the right to remove any participant from the event (in-person or virtual) without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct.
5. Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Participation: If the Summit is held virtually, technical difficulties may occur. The Summit is not responsible for any disruptions to the online event due to issues with the attendee’s internet connection, hardware, or software.
8. Force Majeure
The Summit shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events of force majeure.
