Creators of original, innovative content that positively impacts society. Eligible content should contribute to societal improvement and empower future generations to build a better future. This content should enrich community awareness, foster understanding and connection between nations, and promote compassion and empathy.
10-30 November 2024: Submit your application or nominate an impactful content creator via the 1B website, making sure to include a detailed project description following Award’s application process. 1-15 December 2024: A dedicated panel will review applications and shortlist the top 10 projects. 16 to 31 December 2024: Shortlisted projects will be announced for public voting. 11 & 12 January 2025: Votes will be counted in closed sessions to determine the winner. 13 January 2025: The winner will be announced.Following the submission deadline of 30 November 2024, a dedicated panel will closely review applications and shortlist 10 projects that best meet the Award’s criteria. Following this stage, the shortlisted projects will be announced for public voting. The winner will be announced during the Summit’s closing ceremony on 13 January 2025.
Applicants are encouraged to upload additional materials to provide a complete view of their project. This could include a pitch deck, a brief video (up to 2 minutes), and other documents that showcase the project's goals, audience impact, and funding requirements.
The winner will be revealed during the closing ceremony of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, on 13 January 2025.
